Senior Product Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Product Business Customer, join us in this exciting role as a Senior Product Manager in the Real Estate team.

In an agile, cross-functional team of highly dedicated engineers, a product designer, and additional complementary functions such as marketing and analysts, you will build products that expand our digital ecosystem of solutions that enable real estate agents to become more efficient.

Although many of your colleagues are based in different locations, this is a hybrid role based in Zurich or Bern.

About The Position

• Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for our digital real estate ecosystem
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, engineering, design, sales, customer support and marketing teams
  • Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product development process to address diverse needs and priorities
• Product Development:
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by all team members
  • Oversee product development to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• User Experience and Customer Insights:
  • Conduct user research (together with the Product Designer) and analyze data to deeply understand user behaviors and needs
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach to product design and development
  • Implement continuous feedback loops to iterate and improve the product
• Performance Measurement:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success and drive improvements
  • Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Report on product performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations
• Collaboration and Mentorship:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to raising the level of the product organization
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
  • Represent the product team in events with customers and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field
• 5+ years experience as a product manager, ideally in a real estate marketplace
• Solid track record by delivering great products and tangible outcomes
• Motivation to make a difference working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for a pioneering tech company with ambitious goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with proactivity, ownership, and willingness to improve our processes as we go
• Know how to enable your team to achieve outstanding results while creating a fair and fun environment to work in
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate several functions and discuss and align priorities with senior management
• Validating your assumptions through discovery and making decisions with data is a mantra of you
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You speak English and (Swiss) German fluently

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software engineer and or a strong technical background
• You speak French and or Italian fluently
