C# Backend Developer

As a C# Backend Developer (all genders) you are a key player in building and maintaining APIs for our front-end clients, used by millions of customers.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with our front-end client developers to understand their needs and to build suitable, scalable, modern API interfaces
• Work with your team to understand product requirements and advise them on implementation approaches and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to understand business rules
• Work with other API developers to ensure consistent implementation standards across services
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless and automated deployment pipelines.
• Build out completely new endpoints while also maintaining some legacy code, which you will analyse and refactor where it makes sense.

What you’ll need

• Understanding of the differences in requirements between web and mobile app clients, and how to build APIs for both
• Expertise with RESTful API design and development, emphasizing JSON as the primary data interchange forma
