Senior AI/ML Implementation Expert

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Implementation Expert to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As a Senior AI/ML Implementation Expert you will play a pivotal role in enhancing company’s customer support, sales processes, and data analytics capabilities. You will analyze business data and Support/Sales processes, design AI/ML implementation, set requirements to the development team, organize and participate in UAT and roadmap planning/AI/ML in support/sales vision, act as AI/ML product owner and go to person on AI/ML automatization for sales and support users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work closely with the business stakeholders and SMEs to identify areas of AI/ML use
• Work closely with development, architects, and project manager's teams to design and plan implementation
• Participate in design, development, and implementation activities
• Be the main go-to person for using AI/ML in Support and Sales
• Drive AI/ML projects from the beginning to the successful launch
• Design the AI/ML support and Sales vision and roadmap
• Follow the latest AI/ML technologies and being ready to implement and integrate them into existing systems and workflows

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Management
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI/ML solutions in support and/or sales departments
• Proficient in Salesforce Einstein and Analytics Studio administration
• Skilled in developing, training, and refining AI models to meet business objectives
• Excellent business analysis skills for gathering requirements and delivering effective solutions
• Ability to identify business areas for AI/ML implementation and select the most suitable technologies
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
