At Vocantas, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses engage with their workforce and customers through intelligent voice and data solutions. As part of our commitment to delivering top-tier service, we are seeking a driven and people-centric Database Administrator who can help elevate our engineering team and our product to the next level.

As a Database Administrator at Vocantas, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems that prioritize high availability, security, privacy, and data integrity. You will gain a deep understanding of the backend of our applications and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure our systems are optimized for performance and reliability. A remote-first communicator, you will thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions make a tangible impact.

Here is a little window into our company: Vocantas has been providing powerful automated communication solutions for over 18 years. We solve complex human capital management and customer outreach challenges, servicing Fortune 500 companies within healthcare, manufacturing, service and delivery, and retail industries. From humble beginnings as an automated voice company, Vocantas has since grown into a leader in the workforce communications technology space. Vocantas was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio.
