Job Summary

The UiPath RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and optimize business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of UiPath, .NET programming, and database management systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop efficient RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and potential benefits.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots and workflows to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.
• Adhere to RPA development standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UiPath development and implementation.
• Strong .NET programming skills.
• Proficiency in database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
