Right now we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our Business Development Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.

The Sales Support Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to the business development team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating various tasks related to commercial activities, managing documentation, and acting as a liaison between the business development team and other departments to support business and sales efforts. The Sales Support Specialist reports to the Chief Business Development Officer.

  • Assist the Business Development team with the preparation and processing of clients, contracts, and proposals ensuring smooth transition between department processes
  • Track the progress of activities, ensuring timely completion
  • Act as the point of contact for legal and integration inquiries, quickly providing information to ensure delivery moves quickly
  • Works with the product and marketing teams to ensure updated communication materials for the business development team
  • Enter and update new client information in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and current
  • Enter regular sales information in the CRM system to keep stakeholders informed and to track metrics and pipeline status
  • Facilitate the submission of the contract and integration request forms for the Business Development department
  • Organise and manage logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client visits
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support the strategy
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with CRM and reporting methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
  • Placement: Malaga Province, Spain
  • Desired Start: September 2024 or sooner
