Fashion Operations Manager

As a fashion designer, he launched a collection, where he was recognised as a Revolutioniser of Modest Fashion. He has stores in Barcelona, Marrakesh, Siargao, and Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s goals with Board of Advisers, it's Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer
• Coordinate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with them to ensure consistent alignment with business objectives
• Assess and analyse budgets and income statements with Bookkeeper to optimize profitability
• Coordinate logistics of shipments to stores, distributors and clients
• Communicate with the Designer and suppliers, to be able to meet supply and demand
• Identify sales opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes, with the support of PR team
• Enforce regulatory and safety standards with Paralegal / Lawyer
• Identify potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions in daily operations, whenever necessary
• Attend in-person meetings when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Fashion related industry
• Has skills and interest in Fashion
• Has knowledge in using MS Excel
• Has basic understanding of sales and accounting
• Has ability to coordinate and multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work in a flexible schedule

Advantageous but not required:

• Degree in Fashion or any related field
• Experience dealing with international clients and local suppliers

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 4 hours a day; Morning shift or Afternoon shift
