What your days might look like

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this newly created role will support the global social media team with planning and delivering high-quality communications across our core social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube).

This is a 3-month contact position with a possibility to be converted to Full-time.

You will provide support for either APAC (7am - 4pm PH time) or the UK timezone (2pm - 10pm PH Time), please indicate your preference during the interview.

As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assist with content creation and scheduling for EH social channels, incl. written and video content
  • Assist with community management for the ANZ/UK time zones
  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analysing and summarising data
  • Own monthly social media reporting and suggest ways to improve and innovate our content based on the results
  • Ensure 100% commitment to brand integrity and brand guidelines
  • Maintain a directory of global and regional content on Confluence

What you'll bring:

  • Sound knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven experience of managing a brands social media accounts including scheduling, content creation, reporting and community management
  • Strong and empathetic communication skills
  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Excellent time management and schedule organisation skills
  • Willingness to take ownership
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications, Asana and experience with social media management tools (preferred)
  • Preferred, but not essential: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications OR social media management course
