As the Sr. Director of Product and Brand Marketing, you'll shape and drive the brand strategy to align with the company’s vision, focusing on impactful communication across all channels. You'll lead the brand's creative identity, ensuring consistency in visual and experiential elements, and spearhead marketing campaigns that excite and retain customers. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft messaging that sets our products apart in the market. You'll manage product launches, evaluate industry trends, and inspire a talented marketing team—all while adapting to market dynamics and leading with strong communication and creative skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement the organization’s overall brand strategy, aligning it to the company vision and business goals through positioning, messaging and unique value propositions
  • Oversee the brand’s creative identity, including visual, written and experiential elements, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication channels
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build excitement and intrigue among current customers, thus driving customer retention
  • Plan the market launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, to ensure new product releases are successfully delivered to the market quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders across product, sales and customer experience teams to develop effective communication strategies and support key product launches, including the creation and evolution of our sales content for every segment and function, from initial meeting to final close deck.
  • Evaluate industry trends, competitors, and standards, and how they apply to Lone Wolf's overall product strategy.
  • Field brand and product research, understand customer needs and preferences and make data-backed brand and product marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners on key brand initiatives, press outreach and influencer relationships
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and spend
  • Inspire and lead a team of brand marketing, product marketing and creative talent, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10-12 years’ experience in marketing

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies
  • Ability to respond to changing market dynamics and emerging trends – pivoting marketing strategies and priorities as necessary
  • Deep understanding of the creative development and creative production process, preferably with experience in a brand / creative agency setting
  • Excellent written communication skills to craft key messaging and strong presentation skills to sell through brand and creative work to key stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading and mentoring a fully remote team
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
