THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have a passion for style and health & wellness? Do you have a proven track record of sales and a loyal customer base? If you do, then you might be the perfect fit for our sales team!

We recently expanded our product lines to include uniforms for the medical and dental professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to represent an established brand with unparalleled customer sales support from our in-house team.

We are looking for regional sales representatives who can help us grow our business and reach new customers. You should have an existing customer base and sell non-competing product lines. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented, independent, and proactive. You will be responsible for finding and closing deals with potential B2B customers, including medi-spas, spas, resort spas, dental groups, surgery centers and more. Our product experts will support you throughout the sales process and provide you with the best tools and tips to secure new business.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the wellness, medi-spa, or medical and dental industries.

  • Sales Resilience: Proven ability to overcome challenges in sales and maintain professional etiquette.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing deals effectively.

  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Self-Motivation: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage daily tasks independently.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM (HubSpot) software.

  • References: Solid professional references required.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Strategic Business Development: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic business initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Professional Network: Established network of business contacts within the medical, dental, spa, medi-spa, and hospital sectors.
  • Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
