Client Project Manager

• Drive Project Success for the client and for Universum’s business goals.
• Delivering on KPIs: Set, monitor, and ensure the achievement of project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including project completion rates, adherence to timelines, quality, and meeting budgetary goals.
• Margin and Revenue: Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project margins and contribute to revenue generation goals.
• Client Satisfaction (NPS): Measure, analyze, and enhance client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics, ensuring that project deliverables consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
• Client Management & Upselling: Cultivate strong client relationships, understand client needs, identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products, and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.

Requirements

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Financial Management: Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resources to ensure project profitability and contribute to the financial targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and implementing strategies for upselling to drive additional revenue.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration and motivate team members toward achieving project objectives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and presentation of project updates.
