Your Mission: As an Account Executive (Feed), you will focus on selling our Feed product, integrated with TikTok, enabling eCommerce merchants to sync orders and attributes from TikTok to their chosen platform. You'll play a key role in growing this product division and the organization.

Reporting to our Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Product Lead, you'll be solely responsible for selling this product to merchants who are or are considering selling on TikTok Shop. You'll be deeply involved in both the eCommerce and TikTok Shop ecosystems, facilitating feedback loops to enhance merchant value. You'll also collaborate with our Partnerships team to drive deals through our network of tech partners and agencies.

This role requires deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify and the TikTok Shop ecosystem. Experience with TikTok Shop, whether from an agency, tech company, or as a merchant, is preferred.

As part of AfterShip’s global Sales team, occasional meetings outside regular hours may be required for collaboration with APAC team members, with advance notice provided. This is a remote-first position, although candidates located in states where we have existing hubs (US: Texas, California, Ohio, Washington; Canada: Ontario, British Columbia) will be prioritized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase AfterShip Feed users and revenue
  • Develop a strategy to penetrate key prospects, while working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Perform the necessary sales activities to obtain meetings with C-level clients
  • Conduct thorough business needs analyses and explaining why AfterShip is uniquely positioned to satisfy those needs
  • Manage your CRM system (HubSpot) to the highest level in order to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Engage well with clients over webinars, calls, and, in some instances, face-to-face meetings during events or on-site meetings
  • Utilize sales tools such as HubSpot CRM, Gong, Sales Navigator, Zoom, Slack, and other software day-to-day
  • You will also be responsible for communicating and meeting with various cross functional teams to improve lead flow, give product feedback etc.
  • Prepare client briefs and proposals to the highest level and working autonomously
  • Demonstrating initiative in your role to grow the business

Who We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a closing sales role (preferably in Saas or similar)
  • Intimate knowledge of Shopify, as well as other major eCommerce platforms like Magento, Commerce Cloud, Big Commerce
  • Intimate knowledge of TikTok Shop and its surrounding ecosystem is a major asset
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional setting; experience working with an international/global organization spanning multiple time zones and cultures is an asset
  • Strong proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Google Suite
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and a builder-mentality
