Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for various products or services
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in technical support or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic technical understanding and proficiency in using computer systems
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to relocate and work in Athens, Greece
