About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Innovation, the Senior Reservoir Innovation Engineer is responsible for portfolio management and front-line contact and innovation support to the subsurface function of all Upstream-producing assets.
The successful candidate will support the development of a portfolio of projects aligned with the strategic goals of these producing areas. As well, they will identify and evaluate specific innovation opportunities in support of the strategy, developing and managing projects that arise from these opportunities.
Additional work may include working with early-, mid-, and late-stage technology companies to commercialize technology for asset deployment. The candidate will be expected to develop and mature a portfolio of opportunities which, when de-risked, can be integrated into the asset business plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and an interest in technology commercialization and innovation.
