Talent Acquisition Manager

The TA Manager will lead 5 Associate Recruiters and Recruiters and is responsible for successfully sourcing with a focus on Resort Operations and Food and Beverage recruiting. The TA Manager reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the team through day-to-day sourcing and recruitment activities, remove roadblocks and obstacles to support recruiters, conduct performance reviews, ensure team adheres to the Talent Acquisition department's goals, KPIs, and is delivering best in class service to candidates, hiring managers and all key stakeholders. The TA Manager will partner closely with TA senior leadership, Resort General Managers, and F&B leaders. Additionally, you will ensure the team has the necessary training, tools, and resources to meet hiring needs and improve the quality of hires.
