Sixt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, administrative support for recruiting, interview coordination, The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers for the full life cycle recruiting process: requisition creation, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits, offer letter creation, initiating pre-employment checks, pre-onboarding processing, and scheduling and conducting orientation
  • Prepare and deliver candidate offer letters, new hire documents, compliance forms, background check results and other supporting documentation within the recruitment process
  • Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits to candidates
  • Partners with HRBPs and HRIS for hiring, internal changes, and job promotions
