About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by managing inbound leads and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and facilitating seamless appointment scheduling. If you have a proactive approach to customer interactions, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Hot Leads: Engage with inbound leads and provide expert consultations on our Moving, Storage, Packing, and Cleaning services.

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat messages. Assist customers with orders, post-order issues, and other concerns during the order fulfilment process.

  • Provide Accurate Information: Identify customer needs and offer relevant, accurate information on our products and services.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Contact moving, packing, cleaning, and storage providers on behalf of customers to schedule appointments.

  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with all teams to ensure that sales efforts align with marketing goals and strategies.

  • Customer Service Support: Review and manage Customer Service assignments, providing guidance to prepare the team for handling each claim effectively.

  • Feedback Integration: Funnel user feedback, issues, and requests into the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You

  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths, with impeccable written and verbal communication abilities.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively as part of a team, and are also a self-starter.
  • You possess a problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software, with experience in closing sales deals in B2C markets being a plus.
  • You are passionate about helping and serving customers, believing that their success is your success.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring tenant and property owner satisfaction.
