Recruitment Consultant

Working closely with your experienced Account Manager, you will provide important support role in finding qualified candidates, assessing their suitability, building strong rapport, and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

• Identify and search for candidates through utilising various searching tools and activities.
• Engage, consult, and connect with candidates to determine suitability for positions, understand their job preferences, and provide helpful career advice.
• Create and edit position descriptions, selection criteria, and job advertisements on behalf of clients.
• Qualify candidates through effective phone screening, interviewing, technical testing, and reference checks.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding checks on behalf of clients.
• Build, maintain and manage high quality relationships with candidates and colleagues.
