We’re recruiting for a Senior Strategy Managerto join us. The role of a Senior Strategy Manager is crucial in supporting the Head of Retail Strategy with the development and execution of the Retail strategy. This position involves a high level of responsibility, including deputizing for the Head of Retail Strategy, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and leading the divisions most complex / scaled strategic engagements.
The role holder will be instrumental in managing the Retail OKR/QBR process, including reporting to the Group CEO, and aiding business areas in defining and monitoring their OKRs. They will also keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor dynamics, synthesizing this information for the Retail Exec.
Furthermore, the Senior Strategy Manager will foster best practice collaboration and spearhead pan-Retail initiatives, while serving as a leader to the Business Owner community. This role is not just about strategy development but also about ensuring effective execution and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across the Retail division.
