What You Will Do:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, resource availability, and potential ROI.
  • Standardizing project management practices, including creating new standards and improving existing ones. Ensuring adherence to planning and execution standards across projects and programs.
  • Facilitating project selection and prioritization, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure good quality prioritization of pipeline items and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Providing support in initiation, planning, and executing projects in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Closely monitoring portfolio projects progress and forecasting their success based on performance data, ensuring project and program management quality and compliance with processes.
  • Engaging with project managers to ensure timely progress and approving transitions between major phases.
  • Reporting on portfolio performance and facilitating escalations when necessary. Actively participating in projects' Steering Committees and supporting driving efficient corrective actions.
  • Facilitating an efficient project change management process, ensuring adherence to governance and change control procedures. Providing insights to project sponsors on change readiness and compliance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the PMO processes. Collaborating within PMO Department to document and enhance PMO-related processes, and promote best practices across the organization.

What We Expect:

  • Professional training in project management and very good knowledge of the best practices in project management area.
  • Extensive experience in managing larger projects, preferably in IT domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management.
  • Excellent understanding of business process management and strong relationship building capabilities towards different business stakeholders.
  • Completed PMP certification, Agile training/certification is preferred.
  • Professional user of Atlassian tools and Microsoft tools (PPT, Excel, Word, MS Project).
  • Good analytical skills and structure-oriented mindset with a strong ability to plan and manage own time.
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
