Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in an internal start-up backed by the resources and opportunities of the SEEK Group.

In this role, you’ll engage with small to medium-sized enterprises, understand their unique hiring challenges, and successfully convert them to the SRN platform, helping them hire the best candidates. Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Consultant, your day-to-day will include:

  • Engaging with SME businesses through a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, focusing on understanding their hiring challenges and offering the Recruiter Network solution.
  • Performing effective discovery to uncover and understand customer needs, ensuring recommendations fit their specific business requirements.
  • Leveraging your influencing and negotiation skills to provide strategic consultations, address concerns proactively, optimize timelines, and drive results.
  • Utilizing a deep understanding of the SRN platform and current market trends to enhance client conversations.
  • Driving continuous improvement by focusing on both individual and team performance, contributing to a positive team culture through sharing insights and best practices.

The Team
You’ll be joining a small, high-energy Inside Sales team under the Commercial function of SEEK Recruiter Network, reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director for SEEK ANZ. This is a tight-knit group that blends the expertise and relationships of the SEEK Group with the fast pace and excitement of a start-up. We’re a motivated team, eager to grow something incredible together.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in phone-based sales, including customer-focused solution sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) is a bonus but not essential.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong drive to create value and exceed sales targets.
