Get to know the role
We are looking for a Skills & Coaching Program Manager to strategically develop and implement comprehensive training programs within Grab Sales Enablement. This role is critical for leading advanced coaching and training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in coaching, program management, and influencing sales leaders.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of advanced training and coaching programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance employee performance.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and Learning & Development teams to ensure programs are scalable, impactful, and aligned with organizational learning objectives.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, particularly Sales Leaders, to understand their needs and provide authoritative insights into effective learning and coaching solutions.
  • Oversee multiple training programs, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, while working closely with instructional designers and sales trainers to ensure integration with other talent development initiatives.
  • Utilize deep understanding of coaching methodologies, including GROW, the ADKAR model and ICF Coaching essentials, to enhance the effectiveness of training programs and coaching initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of training programs using metrics and feedback to continually improve learning experiences.
  • This role will own the end-to-end process of Coaching to Skills, from assessment via coaching plans to reporting on success and year-over-year improvements.

Requirements

The Must-Haves

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
  • 5+ years' experience in designing and facilitating training programs across organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in coaching and/or sales management roles, with familiarity in GROW and ICF Coaching essentials.
  • 3+ years’ experience in content development (curriculum design, e-learning, simulations, etc.) and instructional design principles.
  • Extensive experience in program management, including managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, including sales Leaders, with a commanding presence and authority.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • While not a primary focus, familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Seismic Learn, Lessonly) and design tools (e.g., Articulate).
