We're in search of a Senior Account Management to handle and develop our relationships with high-tier food merchants in GrabFood vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and a wealth of knowledge on food delivery products. This role is a golden opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of our food delivery services while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • You drive business growth by managing and developing relationships with our high-tier food merchants, while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • You will devise and implement sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retain existing merchants, and win new ones in a competitive market landscape.
  • You develop tailored communications to provide updates and address any concerns of the merchants, alongside promoting our products and services.
  • You are responsible for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support to merchants.
  • You are accountable for providing insightful advice to merchants based on a thorough understanding of the food delivery industry trends, our products and competitive landscape.

The Must-Haves

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a salesperson for enterprise or wholesale stores.
  • You are required to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in any background educating you with the necessary transferable skills.
  • You should have solid experience in strategizing and executing business development plans within a fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Your portfolio depicts extensive knowledge of food delivery products such as campaigns, ads, or omnichannel– A key requirement for strategizing business expansion of our high-tier merchants.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in analyzing company data, market trends, and industry research to drive business strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • The incumbent should profess a successful track record in relationship management – A necessity for handling high-tier merchant accounts.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Past experience in the food delivery industry.
  • Skills in strategic planning and business development.
  • An understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing trends.
