Experience Good to Have:
· GooD BUSINEss knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
· Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architectureEssential Duties and Responsibilities:· Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.
· Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training extensively.
· Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.· Must have good documentation skills, including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes.
· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers.· Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.
· Work on Configurations and support other Technical consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing.
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
