Tax Compliance Analyst

As a Tax Compliance Analyst, you will work in close collaboration with the members of the team who are in charge of the management of international tax compliance matters – mainly QI, FATCA, AEOI – Group-wide and will report to the Manager of the team and ultimately the Chief Legal Officer.

You will have a wide range of tasks which include:

• Perform operational tasks relating to tax compliance, including controls to ensure procedures are properly applied internally, including for the entities of the Group;
• Participate to the preparation of tax compliance reportings, in particular AEOI;
• Provide tax compliance support to different departments of the Bank as well as to other entities of the Group, in particular in relation to requests for opening or monitoring of accounts;
• Participate to yearly workflows related to international tax compliance matters;
• Analyse tax compliance rules and translate them into operations.

Requirements

• Excel skills are a must,
• University degree in Law, Economics, Finance (or similar) is a plus,
• First experience in dealing with tax compliance and/or banking and/or finance is a plus,
• Knowledge of QI, FATCA and AEOI/CRS is a plus,
• Excellent knowledge of French and English (any other language is an asset),
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a taste for thoroughness,
• Strong team-spirit and ability to organise own workload autonomously.
