Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shipment management from origin to destination.
  • Incoterms knowledge.
  • Adherence to internal procedures
  • Data entry into our proprietary operating system
  • Interact with our customers in order to assure an optimal service.
  • Prepare the required documentation for international transportation.
  • Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices.
  • Trace and track all inbound shipments.

Requirements

  • Global logistics industry knowledge.
  • Pharma/Healthcare shipment coordination experience. (2 years)
  • Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Experienced in handling documents and operations. (2 years)
  • DG certificate for Air (recommended)
  • IATA´s Healthcare/Temperature Control courses (recommended)
  • High school education (Economics or Logistics-recommended).
  • Fluent English – daily use (it will be tested)
  • Communicative skills, flexibility, teamwork
  • Technical background is advantage.
  • Pleasant appearance, reliable and accurate person.
  • Able to work independently
  • Teamwork and active attitudE.
