Your tasks on the position:
- Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies
- Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders
- General business administrative duties
- Assistance in preparation and analysis of legal documents (Powers of Attorney, resolutions, agreements)
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- English B2+ and Greek language
Will be an advantage:
- University degree or graduate student
- Experience or background in law, accounting or business administration
- Knowledge of Russian/Polish
