Web Team Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Web Team Project Coordinator to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

The Web Team Project Coordinator is one of the key positions ensuring the performance of the corporate website. Reporting directly to the Web Projects Team Lead, this position provides essential support to various departments, including marketing, sales, product support, and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing various types of projects assigned within a quarter roadmap
• Performing the role of a web counterpart for other marketing teams
• Launching and localizing various types of landing pages
• Working in close cooperation with SEO, Digital design, and Content teams
• Cooperating with the business stakeholders to determine the project's business requirements
• Clarifying the task description and setting the tasks for the digital design and web development teams
• Monitoring the testing and deployment of the project
• Creating project documentation and reporting on the projects' status and updates
• Performing website page demonstrations
• Reporting on the projects' results
• End-to-end responsibility for the user & data flow within assigned responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Experience within IT, software development, or technology-focused industry
• Experience in utilizing project management software, such as Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of Digital marketing fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans
• Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks
• Experience managing and organizing several work streams within similar priorities
• Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus
• Fluent English
