Our Project Management sector is currently looking for a Construction Coordinator for a temporary contract with a minimum duration of one year. For this role, your main goal will be coordinating and providing on site support in an occupied building and supporting the work and controlling the delivery of the project in accordance with the project plan.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement the assigned project or project element from inception through to completion working with the Senior Project Manager/Project Lead
  • Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate
  • Input into regular project cost and schedule forecasts, and escalate issues to senior management
  • Maintain good relationships and work closely with all project stakeholders, including the client, general contractor, subcontractors, consultant, etc.
  • Implement risk management and contingency plans
  • Outline and assign the human and material resources required to successfully complete an assigned project or project element
