• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Swift messaging systems and provide technical guidance and support to the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain Swift messaging systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Swift messaging systems with other enterprise applications and systems.

• Develop and enforce best practices and standards for Swift messaging systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

• Proactively monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize Swift messaging systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Swift messaging systems and provide timely resolutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Swift messaging systems and provide recommendations for system improvements.

• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Swift messaging systems.

• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve any issues related to Swift messaging systems.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Swift messaging SME or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of Swift messaging systems, including experience with SWIFTNet, SWIFT Alliance, and SWIFT message formats (MT, MX).

• Strong understanding of messaging protocols, such as ISO 20022, TCP/IP, and MQ Series.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Swift messaging infrastructure.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Swift messaging systems.

• Familiarity with security protocols and standards for Swift messaging systems.

• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning for Swift messaging systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
