Team Lead Logistics Management

• In our day-to-day business, you will manage the logistics for our brands “wirkaufendeinauto.de” and “Autohero” for the entire German market
• You rely on our network of logistics partners and in-house capacities
• Independently solve bottleneck situations in our transport and warehouse network
• You will integrate new processes and locations into our logistics network in projects
• As part of our growth, you will find new service providers for our 3rd party logistics
• You play a key role in the negotiation of logistics contracts
• You lead and develop the employees in your team
• You report directly to our Director Consumer Logistics Europe

Requirements

• Several years of relevant work experience in logistics or a fast-paced startup environment
• Initial leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external partners at all levels of hierarchy
• Experience in, or affinity for, contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
• Native or near-native German skills, and English proficiency at the C1 level
