About This Role

The Salesforce CRM, Sr. Associate is responsible for working with internal key business stakeholders provide business-oriented reports, KPI’s and analytical capability in order to drive increased understanding of the market and relevant insights that will help drive business objectives.

The Sr. Associate will be responsible to support marketing team in the activities of market research, insight generation, forecast preparation and other processes related to business, to allow general understanding of overall business including market trends and analytics.

This position will work at our offices in Vicente Lopez, Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Market Data Analysis.
  • Compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to end users on a regular basis.
  • Participate on the development and implementation of market research projects and relationships to market research suppliers/partners.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis based on secondary data (IQVIA) to support decision making process.
  • Compile and deliver the information extracted from Veeva CRM, generating field force KPI’s, CLM and other digital promo tools analyses and reports.
  • Support BI/Decision Support manager to provide integrated marketing analytical solutions (dashboards and BI) to support business areas (Sales/Marketing, Mkt Access and Medical).
  • Perform customer segmentation calculation and analyses.
  • Conduct targeting and field force sizing analyses.
  • CRM System– Manage the CRM System, users training, ensure data. integrity, track Sales Force productivity and support Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives; supporting field force in the questions related with the use of Veeva CRM.
  • Contribute with the development of sales incentives metrics and calculation.
  • Market Access supporting – developing & implementing SAP.
  • Sales Force Incentive Compensation (SIC) – Support/Propose criteria and metrics definition.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Establish CI capabilities to provide regular, accessible reporting on competitive activities.
  • Build strong relationship with all colleagues from Global team regarding CMI & CRM subjects.
  • Maintain close liaison with all company areas.
  • Meet the required standards of quality of the company and the Best Practice - Code of Business Conduct.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing / economics / statistics /engineering or comparable is needed.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Knowledge of business statistics, quantitative methods, performance analysis, and development of business performance dashboards, scorecards and KPI's
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, forecasting, field force tactics and performance indicators
  • Skills in MS office and relational databases
  • Strong attitude to be a team player.
  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
