Neo Group is on the lookout for a Learning & Development Data Analyst to join our L&D Team.

Here is what we are looking for you to do:

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for L&D performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvement and ensuring that operational dashboards effectively track these KPIs.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the Data Analytics department and other key partners to support effective communication and project alignment.
• Analyze L&D and CS performance to identify key business drivers and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Evaluate strategic and operational performance, and design and maintain performance dashboards.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual performance statistics/reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Provide insights to support strategic planning, delivery, and performance management in alignment with established priorities, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using specific tools.
• Remain informed of emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting to continually advance reporting capabilities and foster innovation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven knowledge or experience with KPIs, dashboards, and tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic dashboards, analysis and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience in large format presentations.
• Skilled in preparing performance reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with the Data Analytics department and other key partners.
