Terminal Manager

This position of Terminal Manger will be responsible to run the day to day operations of the terminal in Thompson MB and the surrounding service area.

• The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, previous managment role, strong leadership / communication and strong work ethic.
• They must manage internal and external customers relationships and be focused on performance through the KPI monitoring.
• They must work closely with the sales team to grow the market.
• They must be self motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid and clear AZ license
• Previous management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Self motivation and hands on managment skills
• Experience in transportation technology, handhelds, scanners, and other programs
• Strong focus on Health and Safety, Team building and managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the terminal.
