Contract Services

• Responsible for the project Contracting Processes.
• Manage a diversified supply chain
• Coordinate supplier sourcing
• Critically appraise contracts documents
• Manage contractual relationships as required

Contract Execution

• Support client to make sure that contract documents are in strict accordance with Legal approved contract templates.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
• Prepare Change Management processes as required

Project Management (Support)

• Coordinate and manage GC, scope change and overall project delivery
• Manage the integration of supply chain scope as part of overall project delivery

Perform all normal project management duties expected on any design and build project

• Leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
• Experience with large-scale construction projects in data center or hi-tech industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment
