Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with HSMC and the Client computer systems, PC’s and TELCO systems. Identifies problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users. Coordinates with other IT areas to resolve problems if necessary. Configure and support Enterprise level software / hardware packages used throughout the organization(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding of Users in Microsoft’s cloud services.
  • Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and problem solve various hardware, software, and Telco issues.
  • Monitor Desktop computer anti-virus status and solve problems as needed.
  • Document IT Procedures for IT Staff and End Users.
  • Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
  • Setup and install personal computer.
  • Travel to remote sites when needed.
  • Work with third party vendors when needed.

Requirements

  • Two year certificate from college or technical school; or 5 years IT desktop support field or 3 years’ experience in the Healthcare or Education related IT field.

Physical Demands:

  • Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
