Business Development Representative Trainee

We are more than 90 Voziers spread among 11 countries and now we are looking for a Business Development Representative Trainee.

As a Business Development Representative Trainee you will be responsible for conducting exploratory conversations with potential clients. You will use our talent and commercial experience to identify how Vozy can contribute to the growth of a business by successfully positioning our value proposition.

What you'll do

• Work in conjunction with sales executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.

• Perform medium volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails and social media.

• Work hand in hand with you team leader and marketing for opportunity screening for sales executives, with this we will better assess the business, customer pains, industry.

• Qualification calls with specific prospects, news analysis in networks, actions in Linkedin, etc.

• Position your Linkedin profile.

What you'll need

• Know and understand the problems, pains, desires and expectations of prospects.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sharing valuable content on LinkedIn, will help us interact and influence prospects in a positive way, which in turn will lead to conversions, if done well.

• Have emotional intelligence and an analytical mindset.

• Be able to grasp the pains of the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) quickly and with few words pique their interest.

• Have the technical aptitude to master our prospecting tools.

• Have the ability to deal with objections and rejection on a daily basis.

• Be resilient, be patient.

• Have good time management skills.
