Proposal Content Editor

The Proposal Editor will be responsible for handling our content libraries, updating and maintaining content, writing compelling proposals, and ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This person will play a meaningful role in our content management processes, applying their expertise in proposal software and outstanding writing skills to support our business development efforts. Additionally, this role will require a solid understanding of proposal systems to identify and implement process improvements that allow for scalability. The Proposal Editor will report to the Sr. Manager of Proposal Operations.

The Proposal Editor will have the following responsibilities:

Content Management:

• Coordinate and maintain the company's content libraries, ensuring all materials are current, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Establish content management processes to engage with SMEs so that response text remains accurate and current.
• Regularly update and revise content to reflect the latest product features, industry trends, and customer needs.
