Lead .Net Developer

• Work with business stakeholders to provide high-level estimates for planned or proposed features.
• Build standards-based frameworks and libraries to support large-scale applications.
• Improve end-to-end system performance through tuning and design for scalability.
• Foster interdepartmental relationships with operations, systems, quality assurance, and product departments.
• Experience in architecting systems with a distributed deployment model.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud/serverless infrastructure, Docker, NoSQL/Big Data technologies.
• Good to have: eCommerce background.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of working experience, including at least 7 years as a Senior Developer and Technical Lead, implementing .NET web MVC-based applications using C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and others).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect and Technical Team Lead, implementing RIA/SPA/Ajax-based web applications from start to finish.
• Proficient in using JIRA Agile, Confluence, source control systems like Bitbucket/Team Foundation Server, test automation tools (such as NUnit and Selenium), and continuous integration practices.
• Strong understanding of the .NET platform.
• Hands-on experience in writing and troubleshooting scripts in C# an added advantage.
