- 3+ years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
- Experience using multiple web navigators (Chrome, Opera, Edge)
- Basic knowledge in the operative system (Mac OS, Linux, Windows)
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Effective listening and reading skills.
- Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Troubleshooting methodologies knowledge
- Experience managing different ticket service tools such as: Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira, FreshDesk, Salesforce
