  • 3+ years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
  • Experience using multiple web navigators (Chrome, Opera, Edge)
  • Basic knowledge in the operative system (Mac OS, Linux, Windows)
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Effective listening and reading skills.
  • Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting methodologies knowledge
  • Experience managing different ticket service tools such as: Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira, FreshDesk, Salesforce
