What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems to support business applications and processes.
• Create and optimize database schemas, tables, stored procedures, and queries.
• Develop and implement data models and database architectures to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of databases.
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, and other IT professionals to integrate databases with other systems.
• Perform data migrations and data integration tasks as needed.
• Document database designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay up to date with emerging database technologies and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience with Docker.
• Proficiency with Linux, including SSH CLI, Docker deployment, shell scripts, and understanding of file structures.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with SAP Data Services, including creating and configuring jobs and repo management.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Azure is a plus
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Claude and OpenAI APIs is a plus.
