Program Manager

Description of Task to be Performed:

The AnaVation leadership role of Program Manager is responsible for customer relationships, program financial performance, staffing, contract alignment/modification, and mission impact. The Program Manager is part of the Account Leadership Team and is responsible for delivering technical service excellence to our Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers. Brings proven technical leadership as well as appropriate training and experiences in project and program management across engineering and sustainment of new capabilities being released into classified production environments. Identifies options with recommendations and/or the implementation of solutions. Drives team staff and work to through Agile planning and sprints aligned with customer software factory priorities.

The Program Manager role is also responsible for AnaVation direct reports including hiring, performance reviews, promotions, merit planning, employee satisfaction, retention, and long-term career paths.

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Top Secret SCI, Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph eligible
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Certifications: Program Management Professional.
• Location: On-site position support across Quantico, VA, Chantilly, VA, and Annapolis Junction, MD work locations.
• Experience:
• 9 years experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of one or more Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
• Experience providing technical support to IC, DoD, or similar Missions.
• Experience briefing to senior Government Leadership.
• Experience as an employee supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
• Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
• Experience for concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.
• Willingness to be proposal key bid Program Manager for future IC Account programs.
• Experience overseeing Government timesheet review, approval, and guidance.
• Experience managing individual and program performance standards.
• Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desired Education: Master’s Degree
• Certifications: SAFe Agile, Scrum Master, AWS cloud, IAT II certifications (CySA+, Security+, or similar)
• Desired Experience:
• Military or IC Government experience.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle RMF/A&A process for classified DoD or IC technical capability delivery.
• Experience leading Agile Development Teams.
• Experience recruiting cleared technical staff.
• Experience working with Cloud development and delivery.
• Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
