Sunnova Energy is searching for a Regional Retail Manager to be responsible for managing the Retail team in Dallas/ Fort Worth TX. The Regional Retail Manager responsibilities are managing sales goals, training personnel and monitoring performance of the retail teams. The ability to provide coaching and mentoring to the retail teams.

Regional Retail Manager Responsibilities

• Qualifying Prospects for Solar.

• Generates demand and appointments in Solar sales.

• Manages the Territory Management and Assignment of sales teams.

• Delivers Training and Coaching for the team.

• Recruit and retain top lead generation talent in the industry.

• Interviews candidates and makes hiring decisions.

• Develops and manages the performance of the Retail team(s).

Minimum Requirements

• Highschool Diploma/GED

• 5+ years’ related Sales experience

• 2+ Inside Sales experience

• 1+ years’ Management/Supervisory Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar is required

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
