Senior Specialist

The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in driving Pure's operational excellence. Utilizing leading products such as Marketo and SFDC, and supported by tools like Knak for email, Zendesk for ticketing, and Workato for automation, this role ensures continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Manager, this specialist will join a team of six production experts, supporting the marketing team’s global campaign requests.

In This Role You Will:

• Build and manage Marketo list logic and audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Develop, QA, and optimize emails in Knak for marketing stakeholders.
• Utilize basic HTML skills to create and modify email templates.
• Create email marketing nurture programs
• Execute promotional and operational smart campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to maximize email delivery and conversions.
• Build comprehensive email campaigns in Marketo, including landing pages, templates, forms, workflows, and list building.
• Review email performance, including targeted audience lists, and provide recommendations for improvement
