What you can expect

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of Zoom Video Conferencing's Real-time Communication Web Gateway (RWG). Your role also involves troubleshooting customer-reported issues, participating in the entire development flow including design discussions and code reviews, and leading the development, release, and deployment of RWG services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and fix production issues with the related engineer (15%).
• Enhance security, optimize failover flows, and manage datachannel(UDP) transport initialization on RWG (10%).
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues related to the Zoom web client and RWG (20%).
