Central Workforce Growth Specialist

• Improving our data structure to track KPIs, analyze the success of tests/projects, and do ad-hoc analyses;
• Developing engaging dashboards and presentations to give visibility and support decision-making and prioritization;
• Designing and executing experiments aimed at increasing the number of riders on our fleet (both acquisition and retention efforts);
• Working with Marketing and Operations to guarantee the supply of riders during peak times.

Requirements

• A degree in STEM;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding work environment (e.g. early-stage startup, consulting, VC);
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and prioritize effectively;
• Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python, HTML, Javascript) is a big plus;
• You have excellent written and spoken communication in English.
