• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to provide effective customer support and solutions
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
