GENERAL FUNCTION:
Assists the Compliance Risk Management (CRM) Division in advocating and facilitating the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of corporate-wide Compliance Risk Management (CRM) through Data Analytics. Works with CRM teams to assist with the analysis of data in support of compliance risk reviews, monitoring and oversight efforts, and other adhoc requests for various Bancorp lines of business and functional areas. This position will utilize SAS, Business Objects, Excel and other analytics tools to extract and assemble relevant data from multiple systems to assess Bancorp’s compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsible for performing data analysis, leading and managing staff, development and execution of the data analytics annual plan, expanding the team’s technical skills, and the strategic growth of the data analytics team.
