Job Description
- Monitoring system and network infrastructure.
- Providing customer support via phone, email, and Line.
- Responding promptly to issues and service requests according to priority levels.
- Performing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues to relevant teams.
- Opening, updating, tracking, and closing tickets.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Performing daily tasks according to the assigned schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computer, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or NOC.
- Able to work in shifts.
