Job Summary

Monitoring system and network infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Monitoring system and network infrastructure.
  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and Line.
  • Responding promptly to issues and service requests according to priority levels.
  • Performing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues to relevant teams.
  • Opening, updating, tracking, and closing tickets.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Performing daily tasks according to the assigned schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computer, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or NOC.
  • Able to work in shifts.
