This position is responsible for technology support services, incident analysis, response program, daily operations across the enterprise, including transportation providers across the network. Additionally, this role would be responsible for driving the tactical and strategical vision covering the organization's Business Service Desk, Identify Access Management, Facilities Field Services Support, Transportation Provider(s) Application Support Level 1/2, Network Operations Center (NOC), and ServiceNow platform development for service delivery. Lastly, this role will develop, implement, and maintain process integrity and measured controls driving IT Service Management (ITSM) best in-class service delivery excellence and customer centric focus.
